Refund & Cancellation Policy

      14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We stand behind the quality of DubFlow. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase date.
    

1. Eligibility for Refunds

14-Day Window: Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the original transaction (whether Monthly $4.99, Quarterly $11.99, Yearly $29.99, or Lifetime $59.99) are eligible for a 100% refund.
Technical Issues: If the browser extension fails to function on your system and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours, we will issue an immediate full refund regardless of usage.
Duplicate Charges: Accidental duplicate purchases are refunded in full immediately upon verification.

2. Subscription Cancellation

For recurring plans (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly), you may cancel your subscription at any time using the self-service customer billing portal link included in your Lemon Squeezy / Stripe receipt email, or by emailing our support team. Once canceled, your account will never be billed again, and your DubFlow PRO access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.

3. How to Request a Refund

Refunds are processed within 1–2 business days and automatically returned to your original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Alipay) within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
